About Us

Little Engineers Academy (LEA) is a future-oriented educational and research organization based in the Netherlands, located in the heart of Brainport – Europe’s leading region for technology and innovation. With two branches and operations in 43 locations across the country, we collaborate closely with municipalities, ministries, schools, and NGOs to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Our Mission

We help students uncover their unique talents and guide them towards career paths where they can thrive. Using data-driven talent assessments, AI-powered development tracking, and custom career mapping, we prepare young individuals for success in a rapidly evolving world.

What Sets Us Apart

  • More than 3,000 active students across the Netherlands annually

  • Over 230,000 data points collected from 8,000 learners through AI-supported systems

  • Strong collaborations with 8 vocational schools (1,300 students in 2024)

  • Weekly training programs in international and primary schools

  • A multidisciplinary team of 24 professionals: engineers, educators, psychologists, psychiatrists, special needs teachers, and artists

  • A diverse educator profile primarily from the Netherlands, Türkiye, and Ukraine

International Reach

Our leadership brings experience from global companies such as Boeing, Siemens Netherlands, and Lacroix France. We are active contributors to European education frameworks such as EQF, DigCompEdu, and GreenComp, and currently serve as a partner in international Erasmus+ projects on sustainability and digital transformation in education.

Still Close to Our Roots

While we have evolved into a data-oriented institution focused on educational excellence, we remain strongly committed to our local communities, families, and students. Our workshops in schools, libraries, and public centers continue to inspire thousands of young learners each year. What has changed is the depth of our vision—each activity is now part of a broader goal: preparing students not just to learn, but to lead in the future.
